Fall Break!
These past two days have been the best! I have had no school or work which has been heavenly. I started off with getting a much needed hair cut, it has been forever and I was starting to go crazy. My dad celebrated his 35th year with his company ADP this week and his colleagues had a dinner to honor him last night. It was great to be together with friends and family to honor my dad. He has worked so hard over the years to provide for our family and ADP has been a great blessing in our lives. So congrats dad you're the best!!!
Also this little angel was blessed this past Sunday her name is Elsa Helen Holt and she's so beautiful!!Step 1:
Step 2:
Step 3: All done! I had fun painting with my dad and am so happy with how it turned out! You can't see it very well in that picture but it looks so good!
I purchased this shower curtain that I've been obsessed with for about 6 months now yesterday too and it makes me happy every time I look at it!
Love you all and hope you're doing well! -L

Sorry ladies he's taken..
I just have to blog about how great of a husband I have. I love him so much...more and more every day. He's so kind and considerate, I sometimes can't believe that he's all mine! I'm loving every second of being married to him. I don't know where I'd be with out him and I never want to know. Tonight when I got home from work he had made me this delicious grilled chicken pesto panini and it was nothing short of A-MAZING!!! Seriously the best sandwich I have ever had! Made by my best baby!!
Doesn't it look sooooo goood!!!!!
He's so handsome...I know you're jealous.

Love you baby...you're my number one forever.

I know I know...
I have seriously lacked in the blog department since we've been home! Life has been great we've loved spending time with family and two of my best friends got married which has been keeping us busy! We finally moved to Provo last week and are loving being back in our own place with all of our belongings in one place!! We don't feel like such slobs, plus the drive is better to school which is allowing us at least 2 more hours of sleep every day. My camera cord is currently m.i.a but I plan on finding it in the next few days so I can start catching up on what we've been up to! So for now that's all!! I'll be back soon!

Some R&R with R&R...
This past week my dad and sister Reghan came in town and we loved every second of it. My dad originally booked a hotel in Miami Beach in the Art Deco District but after one night there, we decided that it was too far away from us and wouldn't be able to see each other as much. So we all stayed together at our place, it was so nice to have family around. I love living here in Miami but I do miss family!! The first night my dad came in town I went straight from work to his hotel then we went and picked up Michael and came back to the Art Deco part of town. I loved it, if any of you ever decide to come to Miami go to Miami Beach and the Art Deco part of town it's so fun! We ate dinner on Ocean Dr. it was good, but got charged $70 just for MY MEAL!! YIKES! I felt bad, but the waiter was sketch. I ordered the special and he didn't tell me that the meal was for 2!! Or that it was twice as much as anything on the menu. The most expensive item on the menu was $35 so I didn't think that it could be more than that but I guess I learned my lesson. After we walked around and got some Blue Bell ice cream on the beach.
Happy to have Dad in town....this picture was before we got the check..
For some reason I wanted Michael to take a picture with me behind the umbrella...he was a good sport!
Yay for the Fourth! (Congrats to my best friend Sarah and her boy Jacob who got engaged that night!!)
During the course of my dad and Reghan's stay with us we accumulated 6, 1/2 gallons of Blue Bell ice cream! Two of which are Pecan Pralines and Cream!
My dad doesn't love that ice cream at all....
The next day was Michael's only day off so we went to the beach again! It was Michael's first time since we've been here! It was another perfect day!
We came home, showered and then headed up to Boca for the night. I know that my dad and sis love us...but the fact that we have Uncle Julio's near us is what I think sealed the deal for them to make the trip. It was what we had been looking forward to all weekend!! We sat down and immediately ordered two large quesos with chips and fresh tortillas. As soon as that came we ordered the rest and basically didn't stop eating. Michael ate at least SIX fajitas and now holds the record for the most fajitas eaten in one sitting for the guys! My sister Kayce still holds the record of 6 for the girls!
It was a perfect night, after we walked around the shops in Boca and had the best time. Thanks Uncle Julio you never let us down!!
All in all we had a wonderful time with Reghan and my dad. Thanks for coming, we really loved having you around! Come again!!
Lots of love- M&L

Marlins vs. Orioles
Last night we were invited to go to a Marlins game with my Uncle and had so much fun! My Uncle knows the President of the Marlins so he got us some really good seats for free! The Marlins played a good game and I was able to get that hot dog that I've been craving! All in all we had a great time! We have been wanting visitors so bad and had a great time with Calvin! Please come again!!
